Let's face it: In our fast-paced world, it isn't easy to find the time to meditate. Meditate

You don’t have to live in a cave or some exotic monastery to meditate. In fact, it’s something you can do whenever you want, regardless of where you are and what you are doing. Mingyur Rinpoche’s approach to meditation teaches us how to use the ups and downs of daily life as gateways to awakening.

In the Tergar Learning Community, you’ll find many opportunities to learn more about meditation. You’ve probably noticed that we offer online meditation courses, but there are many other resources available as well. If you poke around a bit, you’ll find short articles on a variety of topics, recommended reading lists, and guided meditations that you can download, or even listen to right now (in the present moment, imagine that!). You’ll also find short teachings by Mingyur Rinpoche and other lamas and instructors from the Tergar community.
