Find a Tergar Community or Practice Group

Tergar has meditation communities and practice groups all over the world. The exact number of groups is changing all the time, but the last time we checked there were more than forty groups on five continents. These communities offer regular meditation sessions that follow Mingyur Rinpoche’s Joy of Living program, in addition to periodic workshops, seminars, and retreats on meditation and the core teachings of the Buddhist tradition.

See if there is a Tergar community or practice group near you.

If there isn’t a community or group in close proximity, you can always follow the Joy of Living program on your own, or even find a few friends to share the experience with. We’ve tried to make it as easy as possible for people to transform their lives through meditation and to share the path of awakening with others.
