Keeping Meditation Fresh

If we practice only one meditation technique for a long time, we run the risk of getting bored or losing inspiration in our meditation practice. In this short video, Mingyur Rinpoche shares methods for how to alternate between different meditation techniques to keep our meditation practice fresh and inspiring. You can discuss this teaching in the Monthly Teachings Forum under the topic Keeping Meditation Fresh.
