Bringing Awareness into the Holiday Season
The holiday season is supposed to be a happy time in our lives. However, this may not always be the case. This idea of a happy time can also bring about a lot of high expectations that can lead to disappointment, arguments, and worries.
In this video, Mingyur Rinpoche shares how we can practice awareness, love, and compassion during the holiday season. Practicing in this way, the holidays become meaningful opportunities for finding a deep connection with others.
