Three Yanas
Module 6: Mahayana Meditation
In this module we meditate using the lessons we learned in Mahayana View. It’s important to meditate with the union of emptiness and clarity. We begin by practicing relative reality, then absolute, and in the end the union of these two together. The most important aspect of relative reality is loving-kindness, compassion, and bodhichitta.
