    How I love this, it gives my confidence that my focus and love for everything isn’t weird.

    I am practicing loving kindness meditation every day, but when I practice sending loving kindness to someone I have conflict with, I picture Donald Trump, and I almost get sick trying to send him loving kindness. I try to empathize with him, but I can’t. I cannot “walk in his moccasins” as our native Americans say. I’m ashamed to say I hate him. I know it’s not healthy. Are there some people, like ISIS, for example, that we hate and just be aware that we hate them?
