The Four Thoughts - Karma

In this short teaching, Mingyur Rinpoche discusses the third of the four common foundational practices, also called the four thoughts. These practices help us understand our true nature and develop wisdom that can end suffering. They aid in seeing and ending our negative habitual patterns. When causes and conditions come together a result will follow. This is Karma, the third thought. You can discuss this teaching in the Monthly Teachings Forum under the topic The Four Thoughts - Karma.

How do you relate to your own experience differently when you are more aware that what you think, say, and do will shape your future experience?
