Meditate
You don’t have to live in a cave or some exotic monastery to meditate. In fact, it’s something you can do whenever you want, regardless of where you are and what you are doing. Mingyur Rinpoche’s approach to meditation teaches us how to use the ups and downs of daily life as gateways to awakening.
In the Tergar Learning Community, you’ll find many opportunities to learn more about meditation. You’ve probably noticed that we offer online meditation courses, but there are many other resources available as well. If you poke around a bit, you’ll find short articles on a variety of topics, recommended reading lists, and guided meditations that you can download, or even listen to right now (in the present moment, imagine that!). You’ll also find short teachings by Mingyur Rinpoche and other lamas and instructors from the Tergar community.
Here are some resources to help you get started…
Meditate Right Now
If you want to meditate right now, then you’re in the right place. In the watch and listen sections of our library, you’ll find guided meditations and many short teachings on the key points of meditation practice. You can watch or listen to these teachings online or download them for later.
