Basic Goodness and Awareness Part 1
In this four-part series, Mingyur Rinpoche will share with us the most important aspect of meditation—awareness—showing us what it is, and how to practice it. He also discusses how we can see our basic goodness and discover that all the wonderful qualities we are looking for are already present within us.
