The View of the Foundational Vehicle

In this video, Mingyur Rinpoche talks about the view of the Foundational Vehicle of Tibetan Buddhism. He explains how our problems and sufferings stem from dissatisfaction. He then goes on to explain how we can use the view of impermanence to work with our problems in a more constructive way.

Reflection Question

  • Can you recall a time in which your own perception of a situation created suffering for yourself? In hindsight, how could this experience have been different if the understanding of impermanence was applied?
