hello all…following a retreat that i took recently it was suggested that we spend one day in silence and practice similar to what we have learned in the retreat. I have been silent since last night about 8pm. Today I have done a combination of sitting, walking and guided meditations. I have also been reading the notes I had taken from the retreat as well as some other online readings from the Tergar site.
I have found this “at home retreat” to allow me the spaciousness to just observe my mind.
Have any others practiced an at home retreat? What has been your experience?
