  1. Keep listening 😉 There are gaps and you can use your awareness during them.

  2. Just listened to guided meditation on sound, and major monkey mind identifies and starts story lines on every sound I hear. Don’t find it too relaxing as I am trying to relax. It gets easier as 20 minutes go along, but, still major monkey mind! Haven’t seen video yet. Hope it will help. Am I letting in too much monkey? Can’t seem to help it.
