Just listened to guided meditation on sound, and major monkey mind identifies and starts story lines on every sound I hear. Don’t find it too relaxing as I am trying to relax. It gets easier as 20 minutes go along, but, still major monkey mind! Haven’t seen video yet. Hope it will help. Am I letting in too much monkey? Can’t seem to help it.
